  • What are the benefits of working with an out-of-network provider?
What you get is what you deserve - the highest professional, responsive care and what PT is meant to be. One-on-one, individual care with a highly trained PT in an individual room. We DO NOT work in an open gym nor work with other patients during your appointment. You will only work with licensed physical therapists - not an exercise trainer, physical therapy assistant, or an aide. We only work with one patient at a time for 60 minutes and and have ample time for observation to ensure proper exercise execution. You receive concierge quality care in our practice - we are always available and responsive to your questions and concerns. Ultimately, you decide is your body worth the investment?

Your exercise program is created from the results of your evaluation. None of our patients have the same exercise program as we do not have a cookbook recipe. Our exercise programs enable patients to fully participate in life’s daily activities.
  • How can I be sure my exercise program will continue to keep me strong?
We strongly encourage a preventive biannual check up to re-evaluate physical changes and fine tune your exercise program accordingly. Your body is always changing, so should your exercise program.
  • What do I need to wear?
We have Back into Balance shorts and T-shirts for you on your arrival. Please feel free to bring/wear your own comfortable exercise clothing. You don't need sneakers on your first visit as we want to see your feet during your evaluation.
