OSTEOPOROSIS
We help you develop strong and resilient bones through resistive exercises and weight-bearing positions such as standing, kneeling, and hands and knees. We educate our patients about exercise precautions and how to move safely with osteoporosis. We utilize the latest treatment strategies to create effective exercise programs for Parkinson's patients, focusing on balance, gait training, posture alignment, and mobility.
