    Our fundamentals class is geared towards learning how to properly activate abdominal and postural muscles, which are essential for balance, fall prevention, and functional movements. BalanceReady will emphasize teaching the foundational movements and skills to prepare for our higher level classes. This class is ideal for those with balance challenges, a history of falls, those using any assistive device, or new to the balance lab.  Each class is scheduled for one hour, including 50 minutes of guided exercise.

  • BalanceSteady

    Our signature class focuses on integrating core and postural strengthening with balance exercises. BalanceSteady will have a mixture of seated and standing activities with dual-tasked cognitive challenges infused throughout the class. This class is suitable for those new to balance training, those with stability concerns, or a history of falls. Those using assistive devices also welcome, as modifications will be given to ensure safety.   Each class is scheduled for one hour, including 50 minutes of guided exercise.

  • BalanceStrong

    Our advanced class blends strengthening and dynamic balance training with higher level reactive and dual-tasked cognitive challenges. BalanceStrong is more challenging than BalanceSteady and will be done primarily in standing. This class is ideal for those who feel stable standing but occasionally experience unsteadiness during movement, including those wanting to proactively improve balance.  Each class is scheduled for one hour, including 50 minutes of guided exercise.
